if incoming calls are picked up on another phone/device mine keeps ringing and ringing. i have to reboot the phone to make it stop. other than that i agree with every other 1 star review and have experienced all of their woes. i cant believe 2 years later and no update. this company is prob going out of business

I installed it and connected fine at first, then the next day I keep getting an error message saying failed login: wrong username and or password. And i put in the correct information.

This app crashes constantly and does not alert when phone calls come in. I have installed it on two different devices now and continue to have issues so I know it's the app to blame. Everyone else at my office just forwards the calls to their cellphone instead because they gave up on the app. Its ridiculous that we're being charged a monthly fee for something that isn't dependable and hasn't been updated in 9 months.

Useless app, the connection regularly drops out so I am unable to receive most calls. As an office manager working from home this is a major problem!

I have Samsung Galaxy S10+ and I couldent receive calls when I was in lock screen. It worked when I have app open and it will make calls and receive them, but when I put phone in lock screen it did not work. If this is happening to you and all your phone settings are correctly set, turn off your power saving mode and this should fix the issue.. Took a long time to figure out this simple fix and hope it helps someone else with same issue.
