the app doesn't remember my sign in and locks me out? I just use the Youview app which works every time. Update; with the demise of the Youview app we have to use this app. This app does not have all available channels listed, some channels are missing, ie the radio channels and UKTV channels.

Nice app but needs to be able to control box. If the app had a remote control for the BT box Pro it would be great. Surely it can be done now WIFI is activated on these boxes as well.

BT sport is absolutely shocking, the most difficult to cancel subscription ive ever experianced. They dont ask you to validate your email when charging you for services you are clearly NOT using for months - then take you through a validation process when you try to cancel. How many customer are you knowingly charging for services they are not using? Highway robbery

I give it one star Freeview channels are included in the box to get an aerial with sky aerial the box the Freeview channels in the Ariel that's why I don't like that BT play me going out of the box and down it won't work

Doesnt include now tv updated chanels. I have a now tv subscription thru Bt and use Bt tv app to remotely programme recordings. The app still shows Sky one and doesn't show Sky showcase. Not impressed! now fixed (and very quickly) well done BT

An BT and Chromebook update stopped this working on my Chromebook. A second Chromebook update seems to have fixed this.

Looks like my old box is not compatible with the new app. Worked fine with the youview app 😥
