My decision is made. No more budget rentals. Waiting on a shuttle for 35 minutes, called customer service. This is extremely disappointing. I will make sure that my friends, family and business associates follow my lead. This is absolutely unacceptable. But the app is nice. You got one star.

Endless loop trying to sign in via Amazon. Frustrating app. Had to change to desktop to get that to communicate with app. But once you get put back in the app it stops working

Will NOT LET YOU MODIFY A CURRENT RESERVATION and the telephone number provided for app assistance goes UNANSWERED regardless of time called. Almost as UN-FUN as the ENDLESS UNANSWERED PHONE CALLS TO DROP OFF LOCATION during ALL hours of operation. Completely mind-boggling business practice/system.

I love the App, and the ability to book a rental but there need to be a way to extend the rental if needs be on the App. Plus I don't see a "Return Now" button on there.

Constantly fails to load vehicle type page and even getting there is complicated and frustrating. Selecting dates and times should be simple.

I rarely rent cars, because it's a hassle. But I must say this app is mega ease-of-use! Hope the rest goes as smoothly.

Google gives me Budgets number, I call the number. Pay for a rental. Go to the airport to pick up my rental. Turns out, I was scammed. And it cost me $810 to rent a car on the spot... Budget has zero interest in helping me get any of my money back. Furthermore, there is an ongoing investigation, but Budget is doing nothing to let customers know this is happening.
