Garbage app, too many pop up for user. And as a seller, the ads cost is ridiculously high in BL compared to other platform, and not very customizable. Our store was recently suspended without any info until we contacted support and see that it's because of KYC problem , but the KYC process itself always fails despite we have entered correct & legible photos. I don't know how this app even get >4 stars. I wouldn't recommend people to use Bukalapak as buyer or even seller.

bad confusing GUI. Does not show cicilan success or not. does not show data which items I have cicilan. Menu is not full English just part makes more confusing. lack of data on purchases for customers. slow customer feedback. the GUI.os very poor. needs more data and clarity and details post-purchase for users. I think sh0pee is better

So complicated just for deleting my account. I only signed up with email and phone number years ago to buy something online. After that I never really use this app anymore because I choose to use 1. Tokopedia and then 2. Shopee. And somehow if I google my name, it will appear that I'm selling something in this app, I just don't like it. So I want to delete my account. And why this app need my citizen ID for deleting my account permanently?

It used to be good but now too many pop up advert every 10 seconds asking me for easy access to my bank details . One disruptive pop up every 5 second..I hate it... Wang Electronic pop up. Adv..every 5 second in my phone. Even when i am not using the apps...😡

Revised: October 2021: Getting slightly better now. IMHO: Shopee makin jelek. Tokopedia makin baik. Lazada ok. JD good for beberapa produk tertentu. Revised 14-Aug-2021: Bukalapak now falling behind the others (especially in prices/promos /cashback /ongkir). Shopee shot themselves in the foot by adding Rp500 fee to pay via bank virtual account. JD's ongkir (free and/or subsidized) is great (if you buy from their JD line). JD "ShareBuy" offers good promos.

I am a toys seller. I opened my shop in several marketplaces and I got lots of costumers, except Bukalapak. It has been 2 years but I only got 1 customer in Bukalapak (thousands in other Marketplaces). But I still upload my toys to Bulalapak. Today, I realized that my shop account got banned. I don't know why. No notification, no e mail, no warning. I dont even bother to ask why, since I only got 1 customer from you. Good bye Bukalapak
