This is an amazing app. It is a bummer that I don't have the premium but with the remaining features it is still an amazing app. The structure of learning is better than most I have seen. (Not going to mention names but 'cough' Duolingo is not the best for it but I would recommend it for the amount of material but it is not necessarily the best.) This does depend on what kind of learner you are. My favourite feature is the community feature. Many do have it but this takes the cake.

Very awesome app that's quite self explanatory. If there's anything I have against this app is its data consumption. It's NOT efficient one bit. In less than 2weeks, I have subscribed twice to data at almost twice the amount I paid to Busuu for monthly subscription -just to have access to the A1 lessons. You guys need to reduce this data demand by at least two-third of what is obtained currently. Then, I can rate it 5 stars..

Giving the app a "meh" rating due to lack of support. Was having an issue with the application changing my daily goal from 20 minutes per day to 40 mins per day. Even though 40 minutes isn't an option when you do the steps to set your goal. And even though this issue was happening on 3 devices all with the latest version, the support response was to uninstall and reinstall the latest version. No investigation or troubleshooting. No app is perfect but it's only as good as it's support.

I really love Busuu (using for a couple months) far better than Duolingo (using for 5 years). However, I've had to lower my review to 3 stars. First the pros: Excellent use of French, inside info, and regional variations. Now the cons: There are many mistakes in the English (ie; je as we), and a couple in French (not acceptable), and no easy way to let them know. Also, I'd gladly tolerate occasional ads to access more lessons. Otherwise people can't fully appreciate how wonderful Busuu is.

It's one of the best French learning apps with well designed lessons but usability could be improved e.g. allow individual pages to be saved (I just take screenshots of things I want to remember so it gets tedious to manage) and allow going back a page (sometimes I have to start a lesson over because I missed a page or wanted to check the previous page). Sometimes there's no translation for a sentence shown. Also hate how you can't delete your audio recording you accidentally made public.

Busuu is a very good aap for learning a language.The community where we made friend is also wonderful. I have a problem that yesterday i logout from the account because i want to make a new profile and change the language of learning but after the logout when i signup it showing that i already have a aacount( which password i don't remember).So,now i can't even sign up again after logout.I can't understand why it is showing that i have a account after i logout.It's just so annoying.Any solution
