Les pages "constantes normales, constantes et remplissage" et "médicaments d'urgence" ont été totalement remaniées - 
Cela aboutie à un allègement très important des données importées, et surtout un affichage beaucoup plus rapide en réseau.
D'autres pages vont être remaniées de la même manière afin d'harmoniser l'ensemble. Ces modifications seront elles invisibles en terme de changement de comportement

L'utilisation en mode avion (application complètement utilisable dans ce mode, donc sans réseau) reste actualité, si vous avez bien suivi la procédure à la première installation de l'application (cela est expliqué dans le premier onglet) - L'allègement des données a pour objectif de faciliter cet enregistrement en cache de l'application de manière plus fluide et rapide lors de votre première ouverture: Il reste néanmoins des améliorations encore à obtenir, des échecs (100% non atteints) sont encore rencontrés.

Application développée par la commission paramédicale du Collège Lorrain de Médecine d'Urgence (COLMU) et présentée lors de la journée du 08/12/2015 par Emerik BOUVIER (IDE SAU- SAMU - SMUR au CHU Nancy) et Manuel LE CORRE (IDE SAU- SAMU - SMUR au CH Briey).
Elle complète de manière numérique le travail sur un carnet d'intervention sur les urgences pédiatriques en service, structures d'urgences et SMUR. Permet un accès à partir d'un smartphone android aux:
- Normales hémodynamiques de l'enfant selon son poids / son age
- Volumes de remplissage vasculaire / débit de soluté selon son poids / son age
- Tailles des matériels à utiliser (sondes, cathéters, masques...) selon son poids / son age
- Tableaux de dilution des médicaments d'urgences en pédiatrie
- Tableau de score GCS et calcul en ligne (si réseau)
- Schéma des principaux abords veineux chez l'enfant
- Rappel animé de la manœuvre de Mofenson
- Schémas et animation de la pose du DIO
- Rappels de principes de la RCP pédiatrique
- Métronome rythme RCP et version ludique en musique pour l'apprentissage
- Principes de Damage Control (SAFE MARCH RYAN, TRI, Référentiel pédiatrique proposé par Hopitâl Necker et SFMU)

The pages "normal constants, constants and filling" and "emergency drugs" have been completely overhauled -
This resulted in a very important relief of the imported data, and especially a much faster network display.
Other pages will be reworked in the same way to harmonize the whole. These changes will be invisible in terms of behavioral change

The use in airplane mode (application completely usable in this mode, so without a network) remains current, if you have followed the procedure at the first installation of the application (this is explained in the first tab) - The lightening The purpose of this data is to facilitate this caching of the application in a more fluid and fast way when you first open: There are still improvements to be achieved, failures (100% not achieved) are still encountered.

It digitally completes the work on an intervention booklet on pediatric emergencies in service, emergency structures and SMUR. Allows access from android smartphone to:
- Normal haemodynamics of the child according to his weight / age
- Vascular filling volumes / solute flow according to weight / age
- Sizes of materials to be used (probes, catheters, masks ...) according to its weight / age
- Pediatric Emergency Drug Dilution Tables
- GCS scoreboard and online calculation (if network)
- Diagram of the main venous approaches in children
- An animated reminder of Mofenson's maneuver
- Diagrams and animation of the installation of the DIO
- Principles of the pediatric SPC
- Rhythm metronome RCP and fun version in music for learning
- Principles of Damage Control (SAFE MARCH RYAN, TRI, pediatric referential proposed by Hopitâl Necker and SFMU)
