Interface is nice and simple. however, as a test i did 1ft at 15 amps and it gave me 12 gauge... So i guess no one should ever use 14 for any reason. if you use this to wire a house i hope you dont mind wasting a few grand more than you need to, cause the answers are overkill.

Nothing seems to line up with anything. It's telling me I need 2/0 AL for a 1' run of 100 amp. That's 4 wire sizes above what would normally be run for that. It gives the wire size as 588.9 CM, which is so small it's not even on the wire size chart in chapter 9 table 8 which shows 2/0 as being 133100 CM. 200 amp is a little better, but it's still saying that 250 MCM is only 1177.8 CM when it is actually 250,000. Am I missing something?

20' run at 30 amps should be 10 awg, not 8 awg. Cannot trust accuracy of the app.
