Free 10-21 app users can: - Call citizens from local numbers - Receive and respond to callback requests - Direct citizens to dispatch for immediate assistance 10-21 Police Phone Professional subscribers can: - Set your outbound caller ID to "LAW ENFORCEMENT" - View the citizen's caller ID in callback requests - Send an automatic follow up message via SMS - Retain call records for the life of your subscription 10-21 (radio code for "make a phone call") is a Police App for making free* calls to citizens that GET ANSWERED. Calls are made from local (not blocked) numbers without revealing your personal number. Stop getting sent to voicemail! For example, if you call a citizen in Miami area code (305), they will receive an incoming call from a local (305) number, regardless of where you are. They are more likely to answer that call on your first try. If the citizen calls back, rather than bugging you off-duty, they will be prompted to "Press 1 to Request a Call Back" (via Push Notification) or "Press 0 to Reach a Dispatcher" (connects to a non-emergency number that you provide). When citizens request a call back, you receive a Push Notification on your phone rather than a phone call. At your convenience, simply tap the notification to initiate a call back out to the citizen. *Calls are made over a VoIP data connection and do not use your cellular minutes. While the data used is minimal, data usage fees from your provider may apply. Terms of Use: https://app.10-21.com/terms/phone
App ChangeLog
- Various bug fixes and performance improvements.

This app is not giving the caller ID as law enforcement. It comes up as a spam risk. The caller ID should be programmable with the officers name and department. Also the number rotates and is not fixed. There should be a 24 hour link to the number from the time it is used for a call. That way the individual that was called can call the number back. Other than that its a good app.

While using the app making a phone call to a complainant, the lockscreen will timeout and mute the phone call entirely. The only work around is changing your screen time out to never shut off which destroys battery life. The app requires a subscription which is far more expensive than I believe it should be.

So useful. My only complaint is everytime I make a call it sends a text requesting a callback regardless if it goes to voicemail or they answer the phone

App works fine as long as you keep touching the screen. If the lock screen turns off the call is muted both ways.

This app does exactly what it's intended to do. It gives Officers the ability to call Citizens, etc., without them actually having your cellphone number! When they call you back, you can arrange your settings where they will actually reach your Dispatch...perfect! I rely heavily on this app while working. Slight signal issues but nothing major. I highly recommend this app.

This app used to work fine until the subscription update. Now all of the calls that I make fail to connect making the app worthless. I'll just have the desk make the calls for me, or just dial *67. There are also plenty of free apps still around. Update: The latest update to the app must have fixed whatever the connection problem was, so it works again.

Broken privacy bug Was using this app for work and then I discovered while showing it to a co-worker.. if the citizen called you back it activated the mic on your phone and they could listen in on whatever you were doing, even with the app closed. That's scary. There was no notification of way to figure this out other than we found the bug while standing right next to each other. I'll never use this app again, can't trust it. Shame because it was an amazing tool.

Worked very well when I first installed it and used it. It's been awhile since I used it to place a call. After four attempts to complete a call, I stopped trying. I kept seeing the following messages: "Still trying" "Hanging up" Additionally, the volume quality is poor.

App has been totally unusable lately. I have used 10-21 for several years and I have always been pleased. However, since about the beginning of the year, everytime I attempt to call a complainant or suspect, the app has caused such distortion to the point that I cannot communicate at all with subjects. I am using a Galaxy S21 Ultra on FirstNet. I have been relegated to driving back to the PD to make phone calls due to the issues in this app.

Can't even create an account. When I try to register I get a message telling me the rules for creating a password. The passwords I have been trying conforms but I still get the same message.
