Further to my previous reviews again I reinstalled app, but video will not play in the car. I can confirm I removed micro SIM card and using microSD adaptor plugged it directly into my Mac. This worked perfectly to view and download video. My suggestion don't use the app and if you need video or images plug SD card into Mac or PC. You will need to format SD card before it can be used in the car again so ensure you have any files you need.

Can't put a star on,never worked since i purchased it in July of this year (2021) keep getting download error.if you have an Android phone you can't download to phone This has been an going problem with Android phones i was told(tried a brand new Galaxy phone still the got error on download) Phone up Halo I.T. They said it should be sorted out this month (September) but in the mean time they advised me to use a company app called DPAII ! Have tried the Halo app and still get download error

Great camera useless app. The same as others have said, I could not download video, and there was no way to turn on parking mode. Tech support told me to download an app called DDPAI. This works great and I now have parking mode and can download footage with no problem.

Good camera, awful app. Have to be in the car to view any footage unless you download it. This defeats the object if say you're in a crash and the camera stops working. It should automatically download to your phone as it records. Also wouldn't work with parking mode if someone steals your car as you would need to be in the car to see who had stolen it! Ridiculous! This needs to be fixed in an update.

The app does no have full functionality. Most features DON'T WORK. Tech support was helpful and found a work around for some features by sending me a link to a third party app which works to a certain extent. If you want to access all the "features" advertised, you will be very frustrated and disappointed. Let's hope there is an update.

Bought as it said parking mode on the box hardwire kit fitted after 15mins unit turns off no parking mode compleat waste of money expected more from a company like road angel gonna put my next base back in and to think this was an upgrade turned out a downgrade

Hello Cant rate this dash cam any higher, everything works as it should and having read quite a lot of reviews about it not working on your phone, I was worried. It really didn't take very long to get up and running, I'm not super techy by any means. I found it very user friendly with clear instructions, one of the best dashcams I've had so far I did acquire it free when I bought my new car as a (glovebox goodie) so didn't think it would be anything special, my Samsung A6 phone runs it fine.

Absolute rubbish! No parking mode, even with a hardwire kit! Can't download video or pictures, nothing. Pay extra £30 for a hardwire kit that doesn't have access to t he parking mode. Want a complete refund! Edit:... Months later and STILL no update on parking mode or app! Proves that this company does not give two shites about it's customers!

Total rubbish, doesn't work at all , wont connect to camera, €300 down the fkn drain.
