I can't believe that the issues with this App have still not been resolved. Very disappointing for what should be a premium product. This worked well when new a few years ago, but as others have said selecting Volume or Phone causes the app to crash...

The app used to work well, now I'm having problems, when making a phone call I tap the fast dial number and it shuts the app. The music option used to pick up my music app on mu mobile, now nothing happens, it's dead. I can get radio stations and recieve phone calls. There is nowhere you can do a factory reset. If there is I can't find it.

Always have issues with connecting different phones. Audio often does not revert to the device, but stays on the phone.

The application will not recognize paired Cardo units. I followed the trouble shooting steps multiple times and the app still will not recognize the paired unit.

App won't connect to my older Q3 system despite it being on the compatible list . Error says non cardo unit and depsite the q3 being connected via Bluetooth nothing will link them. I've tried forgetting the Bluetooth connection and trying via the app first , same error . Pretty useless

Hi guys , me too have issues with the volume option on the app where the app crashes when you open the volume. I see many others have same issues which started after an update. I'll give you 3 stars as it's not a bad app, but others rate you low because of the issue with the volume. Providing feedback will go a long way, or let us have the option to roll back . good luck and hope to get feedback soon

Will not connect to my Schuberth C3 Pro Cardo SRC unit, stating an incompatible device. Poor.

Last year (2018) app and Freecom4 worked pretty well. Did a 2 week stint with them with few complaints. This year (2019) the volume on the Freecom4 is super-quite despite all Android volumes and the physical volume on the Freecom4 turned all the way up. Wife reminded me that there is a volume setting in the app. App crashes when entering volume menu. So I am stuck with too-quite audio from the Freecom4. :-(

I downloaded this app and its basically useless. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong because when I first opened the app all it asked for was an email registration so I put in my email and NOTHING happened. It's frustrating because the device is paired to my phone yet when I go into the app it shows that nothing is connected. I uninstalled it and installed it again maybe 3 times and all it shows is Not Connected. Hope you can resolve the issue for now you guys are at 1 star.
