Bought the iExplore Extinct Animals book because I was supposed to have an AR experience. The app crashes or just has a black screen and I have to force it to close. I've tried reinstalling and had the same experience.

Would be great if it was not so hard to get it to work. Half the time I can not get it to recognize/open the icon. Also, it should read the facts, small kids would enjoy listening to the facts on their own and older people can't read the small print. Very disappointed

I'd like you to make this unlock a special character which is hidden so if you cover your camera over the black saber tooth tiger to see the size you would unlock a secret special character that everybody can get it's a purple saber tooth tiger with giant spikes and purple particles around it it's also glowing purple and has unique stripes that are a light pink that go down all the way to its tail and has two scars on its left eye

I can't even scan the animals because when I click activate ar it goes black then back to the screen you were on before. Would you be able to fix this please.
