AVOID the app. It's completely worthless and excruciating frustrating. The stores are great and the only way to go. Inventory and billing through the app are inaccurate and incompetent. Customer Service is ONLY interested in taking your money. No ability or desire to help fix an issue . Made sure that you will NOT need to exchange. Carters point of sale can't figure it out. They only return and let you buy new. Losing any discounts or rewards.

the app was fine before but the new update won't let me make a payment on my carters credit card, I tried paying on the website instead and the website deletes the letters I use when I try to log in. so frustrated I guess I'll try calling tomorrow to make a payment. please fix this.

Wish I could do less than one star. I made an account switched phones and it wouldn't let me login I hit forgot password and it brought me to a web page that wouldn't load. I made a new account using an old email address that I don't use and everytime I open the app it automatically closes and won't let me do anything. This app is garbage. I prefer to look online before going in store first but seeing as the app doesn't work it doesn't help me!

Update to fix bugs? Joke! I can't even get into the app even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app - it still says it requires the update, well guess what I already updated it before thinking of uninstalling it and it gave the same issues. Many other times the app has just frozen, kicked me out or just wouldn't let me select things. The store/company itself is cool, clothes are great - the app is a joke.

App no longer works! Did the update, it still didn't work. Uninstalled and then reinstalled, and it no longer works. Please fix this app! The items do not load no matter the speed of the internet connection, and no matter how optimized my phone's memory is. It just doesn't function any more!

The app does what it should though it won't use or allow my rewards I've earned.*** app fixed** But as far as the clothes please start making the shirts and shorts longer. I love this clothing line but their starting to join the trend of short shorts and tshirts that show the belly when they lift their arms. My Daughter looks like she's swimming in her shirts because I buy them a few sizes up so that she can lift her arms and or sit and not show off her body. Please make the clothes longer!

This app is by far one of the poorest working apps I've ever used. It is slow, unreliable, has poor user experience, and contains several bugs and glitches. I rarely leave reviews on apps, but I feel compelled to leave a review in hopes that Carter's actually chooses to invest in offering their loyal customers a superior product.

App needs work. For the past two years the app always freezes on me or lags a lot. The people behind it need to fix this because I'll let you what us parents don't have time for stuff like that lol. Just saying. Make it user friendly and clean up whatever is going on behind the scenes. But other than the app not working well it's a good store to shop from.

Unable to update I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Needs to be fixed it's completely unacceptable for a company this big with a revenue of $3.4 Billion dollars and unable to fix this quickly. 5 days after and "updated bugs fixed"? Fix it.
