Seemed decent, but it shows my car as being at my house 3 hours ago, when it's actually been 12 km away at my daughter's house for the last 24 hours.

I've been trying to log into the app with the details that were sent by sms but everytime I attempt logging in it says details do not match.... trackers was installed 4 days ago and till today I can't login into the app.... very disappointing. I'm even tired calling your call center because they keep giving me same details but these details don't match, truly confused as to what to do now.

Such an automated response to my review previously, Same response to numerous others, email client services, well, zero response from that so I guess that avenue is as useless as your app and your automated response, which really means that this review is pointless, like every other one that has been posted, There are better companies out there, going to cancel my fleet and move to the other tracking company that the rest of my fleet is with, Pathetic

Very limited and disappointing in what the app has to offer. On the plus side, it will give you your approximate location where your car is parked. At times it will give you a time, distance traveled but you would still have no idea where your car has been, unlike other free apps that give you all those information eg Facebook etc. Also,Don't give a history of trips. There are free apps that can do much more! I have the tracker device installed two days ago but won't recommend it. Percy Martin

Is very fast to update you with anything And is taking care of its clients. You feel you don't pay for nothing. And they are there for us 24 hour. I love car track is good for everyone. I would like to advise people to have car track. Car track is the best in the world and it does alert you fast if something goes wrong and you will not like to at wrong side with them if you tried to steal on of their clients,s car. I really don't want to see the Vedio. They will teach you a lesson😂

Very disappointing. I can't see my car's position any more.It always indicates it's last position for 3 months ago .I parked the car at different places but nothing changes. What a disappointment,my car is not safe any longer.

This app is showing my car is still parked at home where the device was installed but the car have been in so many other locations. Even now I am not at home but on the app it shows the car is at home also no information on trips, places and distances traveled

Good but of lacks some basic functionality like to be able to see the current battery status. I would like to have the possibility to make "pause for 15 min .." the service on the app.

Cartrack app not accurate,keep on jamming, yesterday it was saying the car was still driving in town whilst it was packed at home. It reads or locate one place for too long even if the vehicle have moved long time ago.
