The app is impossible to use. I have in over 4 months of trying NEVER been able to use it without spending over one hour to transact the purchase of an evoucher. Then, when I tried to use Travelworld and needed to cancel a reservation that took me over 2 hrs to make within the required parameters to cancel, I was unable to cancel it because it didn't show up on the TravelWorld app. I tried to reach support with no success and was told to message them. They didn't respond for me than 2 days

I'll be SHOCKED if the Devs actually do something about their screw up I signed up w/you 1-2yrs ago. You offered a nice rebate % of purchase from a store I was going to buy from. I made a purchase each day thru your site for 1-2 weeks buying $750-$850 worth of items.. Then YOU wouldn't pay me my money!! I waited then asked again getting the same lame BS excuses. I got so tired of asking, I had to take a break from your site. Months layer i sign on to see you reduced the $$ you owe me!! ILLEGAL!

Not what it seems. You have to over-buy vouchers to earn cash back 8 weeks after you spent your money ...twice. I found it difficult.

Spotty use. Technology is consistently a problem with Cash back App and its precursors. It's really sad because it has so much potential, but falls short compared to similar rebate and rewards programs. I've been a user since 2013.

I accidebtly hit the austrillian flag for english. I selected it, deleted the app turn off my phone many times and i couldnt reset the right country. I couldnt set up app because it wasnt recognizing my USA number.
