It is still confusing to understand how much of the deductible is left, how much was the copay, coinsurance, etc . Maybe represent it graphically? Also, why does it take SO long for claims to appear? On an average, it takes about 6 weeks. That is terrible!

Whoever made this app is overpaid. It's slow, clanky, confusing, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I OPEN IT, I HAVE TO LOG IN. seriously, how are you going to keep people healthy, when the app is confusing and organized? Guys on my crew don't feel like dealing with the aggravations, even when I tell them how much they can earn in their HSAs.

What to say as experience. One day you are able to login with SSO however, other day you are not. Amazing part is through website using same login credentials you can login at the same time when you are trying on mobile website. Tired of this behaviour of Castlight.

Language locked to location. International app? with only US States and Cities. Interface is confusing. Apparently capturing a walk on my watch isn't considered activity even with sync. I cannot actually tell what this app is supposed to do.

I really like the app and it works well with my Fitbit watch. I use it because of my husband's work and getting points to get gift cards. I would usually get Walmart or Lowe's but this time I decide to get the visa because I could use anywhere. It comes in $25 increments which really sucks because I try to use it online to buy something and when it's over $25 it doesn't accept the payment. So unless what I order is $25 or less I can't use the Visa card. So it's all being spent on doctor bills 🥺

Notifications are worthless. I get a notification about preventative care, and when I open it I'm told I'm l caught up. Annoying. If you're going to notify me make sure it is actionable and that it applies to me. You have my data. Use it! Update: Yesterday and again today I received push notifications...for results of a glucose test I had *12 months ago*. Really? Those who manage this app should be ashamed for collecting a salary. Those who have promoted this app to my employer should be fired
