Calling feature is Very Poor 1. Call hangup screen get freezes once call gets disconnected. 2. Does not immediately pop up display while incoming call 3. Gets Disconnected if not in use which is very annoying 4. Battery is also draining fast 5. No vibration while getting a Incoming call. 6. Poor Quality Watch faces apart from Preloaded Ones in the Watch. 7. Blood oxygen in not accurate. 8. Bp Monitor not accurate.

It is fair app not so good or bad but there should be more options for the watch faces and also the search option in call book. This shall be available to everyone. Rest,it was a fair experience. Only after the update I'll be rating it 5 stars.

First and worst experience. I have bought the watch in Pre order. But my all money waste. Watch is not working properly. Bluetooth disconnect automatically. Battery life is not more thn 2 days. Not only a single thing is good in this watch. Totally loss and one more thing no pickup facility if you want to replace the item. Worst experience. Not gonna suggest anyone to buy crossbeat.

Watch doesn't switch on anymore. It literally died while I was trying to set my workout mode. Terrible product. Defenetly not recommending this to anyone. There are better quality products out there.

Bluetooth connection is to be needed improvement. Please add some new analog watch face. It was limited watch faces from the time when the CB active watch was launched. It's need to update some more watch faces.

Worst experience with watch and application. No replacement and unresponsive to customer queries. Many functions are not working and showing in online. Unfortunately 0 star option is not available or I could have given 0 star only. Really pathetic watch, company and experience.

Loss of Rs.4500 , it looks good but working very Bad , Bluetooth getting disconnected frequently. Calling sound very low , you can't even listen properly. When i was pairing up with app , meanwhile it shows 89 steps i walked. Did call from the watch but not showing in the logs. And many more. Wt*?

Very less display screen and analogue display is not available just custom analog is available I don't know why and other brands are giving lots of attractive displays. When i will get this update then i will change the rating other with this brand will get more unexpected rating.

Could have given 5 stars. But Watch Faces are not getting download even after in excellent coverage area. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS!!!!

CB orbit has a nice function, except the main advandage what we go for Orbit is call attend facility, which has BT connection issue , need to be fix it ASAP. The purpose of the watch not served due to this one major problem.
