If the check being deposited is any color other than white it does not work. Keeps indicating image unclear when every single digit is clear. Very frustrating. Waste of time. Won't log in MOST of the time. You have to call the bank to get a temp password when for some reason the one you have been using forever stops working. Hold time always at least 10 minutes. Need to be able to change password online. This app is lousy!

Rarely works. IF you are able to log in, and IF you are able to get the picture taken before being "logged out due to inactivity", and IF you are able to get good images of the front and back, then it sometimes works. But mostly it doesn't. It would be great if this app could be updated.

Won't log in half the time. Then tells me image is poor when I can clearly read all routing information, even in tiny preview image. Logs you out for "inactivity" while trying to retake image. Would take less time to drive to bank...

I used to be able to use this but now it keeps telling me to retake picture even though it's clear and I can't make deposits. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it reopened it same result. I need to have a way to deposit I'm to far from the nearest bank. Help.........

It worked fine last week. Now I can't log in to either of my accounts. It prompts me to enroll and tells me to call the CU.

Everybody says it won't let them log in but you have to enroll first. I enrolled, then called so they could accept it and I was able to use it right away
