Pretty good, but found a pretty annoying issue. The carbonator went out in the soda machine at my local restaurant. So when I tried to check out, obviously it wouldn't let me because the soda wasn't available. Instead of letting me select a different drink, it deletes the meal and makes me start over. Should be a simple fix, though. Otherwise, great app.

Great if you are JUST using it to pickup at the restaurant, but they are fleecing you if you select the delivery option. They charge more per item over standard menu price, they add a delivery fee on top of the raised rated, and then expect a driver tip added to all of that. You'll end up paying twice as much as picking your food up in person. Beware.

Haven't been able to sign into the app for over a year. I keep getting the 401 error even though I know I'm using the correct login information. I've tried on multiple devices, I've reset my password multiple times, cleared cache and data for the app, reinstalled the app multiple times and I still cannot use it. This seems to be a common issue for multiple people. Please fix this

Ever accidentally add something to your order twice and need to take one off? Don't do that with this app. Canceling a single item is in Update: and now the app is putting up notifications that you can't swipe away. I had to disable all notifications from the app to clear one that said they'd make the order when I got there...from three days ago.

Always good to have the chick FIL a app and some funds loaded. Never know when you'd like to redeem a reward. Fast efficient and easy to use. Very impressive. Just scan at the order booth. Everything works... Which is saying a lot in today's world..

The app will not let you combine paying with your gift card balance and credit card in the same transaction. For example, I want to buy $30 in food and pay $15 from a gift card balance. The app will only allow you to choose one payment method. If there is an option to do this, I've missed it.

The App is easy to use and definitely like the fact that the Chick-fil-A that I order from in Lilburn has their own drivers who get 100% of the tips. That's awesome so keep taking care of your employees, because ultimately they can make or break your business reputation. Great job overall.

I tried to redeem a milkshake reward with a mobile order and my order got canceled along with my 700 reward points. No way to get the reward points back either, since the canceled order did not appear in my transaction history. Don't redeem points past 400 unless you want to lose them to various glitches in the app without any way of getting your points back.

The app is very easy to use. You have several payment options. You can also select your restaurant locations and navigate the menu with relative ease. Anyone who likes Chick-fil-A should consider this app. The points are definitely worth it.

Any time I try to redeem a reward, it says "We're sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again." Works just fine when you try to pay for it though, but that kinda defeats the purpose of earning rewards...
