This was a fantastically written story with a a clear and concise plot. The way they told you how your decisions and stats affected history was truely a brilliant twist, imagine if they did something like this with a story about Sparta.

The game reminded me of one of my all-time favourite games - Choice of Robots. Turns out they were written by the same person! Really enjoyable, your choices do impact the storyline significantly, and I see a lot of potential with this one. It's not quite as deep or in-the-feels as Robots, though. However I do look forward to more games from the writer. Perhaps something with a Victorian or Steampunk theme? ;) wink wink

This book was certainly well written. It had a distinct plot with 7 different endings, three different stats that affect how you play the game. You are essentially a tutor for the child of the king and your actions affect how he grows up. It was short with a lot of variability in gameplay. The characters are well defined.

This game is short, yes. But the story is very good and the choices you make are many and matters. The choices you makes really change the story a lot and different choices will make a totally different one. It's main flaw is that it's made by the author of "choice of robot" which is longer and, I find, slightly better overall (and I prefert the universe of choice of robots too). I recommend it : If you don't mind a very short game or if you are prepared to it, you'll have a wonderful experience.
