I really like the story and the characters. But a lack of saves or even checkpoints becomes very frustrating, discouraging you from experimenting or trying new skills and abilities. Instead, you are stuck with a failure or have to restart from the very beginning. The further along you go, the more frustrating this is. Would be 5 stars without this design decision.

Some of the mechanics are frustrating and arbitrary. Needs an option to restart from the beginning of the current chapter, not just the beginning of the whole story.

This was good, wonderful, but short. I feel like there's so much more I can explore with my character, but obviously no more content. I hope we get story expansions that let us keep the CS we built over the course of Night Roads.

I like the Vampire the Masquerade Renaissance that's happening with V5, and I think this game fits into ot really well. There's some UI issues, and I don't think this is a good entry point if you've never played Vampire the Masquerade before. Other than that, 5 stars. Edit: the game crashed and I lost a lot of progress. Super annoying.

At Delaney Kings review, should had slept underground like me lol. I don't remember the snuggling but you are right. All these games force romantic settings. This one does seem a bit over the top. Still is a good read and I'm looking forward to Parliament of Knives which should drop on 25th

I actually purchased this book and I was amazed at the depth of content. The world building in this is top-notch. So many different Stats, vampire abilities, different vampire clans. You can play through the missions in different ways every playthrough. The replayability on this game is the best I have ever seen in a choice game. Character depth, dialogue, excellent plot: This game has got everything. Highly recommend!

Way overpriced but pretty good. The game and book aspects are great but the book costs $10 to read and $17 if you want to be able to customize your character. Really well written but it's a book and DLC /extra charges is ridiculous. Next thing you know they're gonna charge a $1 to pick a gender or $1 to pick your name.

since its been updated a couple times since my last review & i decided to purchase the extra character content, i wanted to pull my review while i go thru another playthrough. i'll update my review afterwards but my initial gripes + rating reasons were: skill checks/possible coding errors, storyteller mode not shutting off & the price per content. the writing however was/likely continues to be incredibly well done. the atmosphere is so rich you can practically taste it, for better or worse.

Would be 5 stars, but my game has permanently crashed and will not restart. Even after multiple uninstalls and phone resets, it just gets stuck every time I start the game. Help! (Even after the new update, my game is still stuck in this error. Thanks for the effort tho)
