This app is garbage. When I first set the router up there was no problems, needed to look at the settings, had to update the app, now its a mess. It said none of my passwords were correct, says the router is offline even though everything in the house is running on it. Says they "fixed a bunch of bugs", well yeah, if you make an app that no one can use it can't get messed up.

Great, when it works. I've set schedules for devices to be connected to the wifi (kids' tablets and gaming consoles not usable overnight) but the schedules work for a bit... then just disappear and I have to reset them all. I've tried using the feature to block individual sites on devices, but it doesn't actually seem to do anything. The sites are still accessible on those devices even after I've blocked. I would have been convinced to upgrade to the paid features if these had worked 24/7.

Does not accurately reflect what devices are active or inactive. The cell phone I am typing this comment on appears as an inactive device. This device has been active the last 12 hours on the Linksys wifi mesh network. This problem has been identified by many other users. This a security issue, as infiltrators may not immediately appear. Fix this glaring problem and I will award 5 stars.

App worked great until last update. Now it wants me to add my router to my account but says the password is incorrect. When I skipped that is says my cloud session has expired and keeps trying to sign back. When I did get in once in shows my router is offline, even though it is not, and I couldn't do anything.

Go back to old fashioned 192.168.1.1 web page setup because this fancy pancy app doesn't work AT ALL!!! I've spent an hour so far and STILL don't have a functional router. It keeps telling me to reset then it connects Bluetooth then disconnects saying it can't find the Bluetooth it JUST connected to. DUUUUUUH. Even worse it FORCES A "CLOUD" (more like clown) LOGIN ON A ROUTER WITH NO CONNECTIVITY!!! WTH?!?! This app is an UNGODLY MESS!!! ONE STAR!!!!

Limited, also total BS to actively block configuration via web browser on portable devices. If your equipment gave good bang for the buck perhaps you wouldn't feel the need to slurpup all the analytics on our phone. If you're going to force this mess on mobile users, at least have the decency to at least tentatively bug check your app before you release it.

First time user of Linksys! I set up a 'parent' and 3 'children', downstairs and upstairs. I also set up a 'guest access'. You MAY have to re-do some steps (when the devices just won't play well together) but if you persevere, you'll be amazed.

One star too many. App is straight out of a CRACKERJACK Box. Glitchy. Unstable. Unreliable. Useless. Disappointing. Don't advertise an app that performs a few unnecessary features and completely drops the ball when executing important, useful tasks. So much friggin wasted time waiting on your app. Pathetic, ridiculous, unhelpful, BAD, BAD, BAD. JUST HORRIBLE. AND BAD AGAIN.

It angered me...so I unloaded it before I threw my phone. It is missing an entire sub-menu (compared to the desktop version): Security, which is the only feature i wanted when I downloaded it. Not only was it useless, three of the menus, once clicked, would briefly flash before disappearing, which rendered those useless, as well. I wasted so much time with this app. Truly unacceptable.

Parental controls really do not work. Imesh app worked better than this garbage. Why can't I turn off internet at midnight without app changing schedule and time. Set it for 11:30pm and everything is fine. Change it to 12 pm and it shuts it down and changes scheduled times. And when it should shut off, my son will still be using the computer. Explain why the internet works after the shut off time? Your app is the weakest link. $400 for this lazy slacker software bundled with nice hardware. T
