"Unable to create cart" Why?? I uninstalled then reinstalled. Same problem. And no support on the app. No way to contact them. When I call customer service listed on the website they have no idea and want me to send them a screenshot. Ugh. I am giving up that i will ever be able to buy what i was looking for since it's not all appearing on the website.

So I gave this 1 star. Let me explain, so the images on the app are HORRIBLE LIKE- but whats even worse it that with some items, like a pusheen plush for example, it shows a Paris necklace when it should show a pusheen plush. If you like to shop at Claire's like me, I would just say don't waste your time and just use the website.

I hate this app you have to sign up and it doesn't let you type your phone number to get the things you want I hate it do not download this app plz and I only had one shot to get , to get an item, but once I got it and I put them on the nail, glue just stuck to my hands, so do not get the nails there pls

Just use the website. I can't even sign in using the app. Repeatedly tried hitting enter to sign in but just said try again. I even capitalized the first letter of my email address since that's how it appears on my website info, but it's no use. Downloaded the app to get 15 reward points for signing in and to have quick acess to my account but turned out to be a waste of space and time. They also won't allow me to finish my profile info on site so I can't get those reward points either. Sucks👎

I've visited the site via the interweb and was excited to find out they had an app. But sadly my hopes were dashed. You can download the app and shop but it won't allow you to sign up. It states you need to add your name, email and a password then click sign and it then says your birthday is a field that needs filling in but isn't present to fill in so you aren't able to sign up. Installed on Samsung Galaxy J6 plus.

Beware ordering ANYTHING from this company! I placed an online order and made it large enough to get free shipping. They sent a wrong item. When I contacted customer support they wanted me to pay to return it for THEIR SCREWUP and would not send the correct item. It was not a cheap item they didn't send me either. Buyer beware from this company. Customer support SUCKS!!!!

Claire's is the only place I liked going and still like going for my daughters earrings and jewelry. They offer ear piercing at the store also. They always have deals going on. Very nice and shiny jewelry. Every little girl loves Claire's.

I've only used the Claire's app once, and I DID, purchase several items through the app and was COMPLETELY satisfied with the app and it's products. The only thing I have a problem with is, is that I think and desire for Claire's to market to women (even middle aged women, like myself).

Sometimes it doesn't cooperate but I think it works pretty well. Also, one time I couldn't go into it and it kicked me out, just uninstall it and reinstall it. They have what the store acually has. You should get it it works and is cool to look at!!
