No option to update your personal details using this app or either on their customer service chat! So frustrating. They wants customers to visit a physical brach just to update contact details! What the hell?! It's pandemic. So unfriendly. Will not recommend this app and they're not customer friendly. Don't waste your time.

Forgot password doesn't work. I tried both the SMS and Email option. No confirmation was sent on both ends. Might as well go to a physical branch than use this app.

was the server/app down? I currently cannot login after I updated the app. It always say I have weak connection. I tried restarting my wifi but then it still say i have weak data, I even load up to have data connection only to find out the its not my connections fault. This must be resolve ASAP.

They charge 90 pesos every bank transfer. Then if the transfer wont go through they will tell always tell you its the bank's fault. Also you wont get your 90 pesos fee back ! its a ripped off company ! Whenever you contact CS department they will made you feel you are not valued ! I dont recommend this app nor the company !

Not recommended to use. Especially with USSC Cash Card. It says the card will be actividated in 24 hours after receiving it, in my case its been 5 long days no update my card is still blocked and no other way to withdraw the money that I badly needed.

I hope on the next update the money on card can reflect on the app and you can allow online cash in from other bank to ussc app.

I can't use the receive money option. It keeps on telling me "oops you have limited or no data connection" but my internet is working fine. Can you fix it? It's annoying and very inconvenient.
