I love this app until it quit working. Now not only can I retrieve my files, I have reached out to them five or six times and they refused to get back with me. Find another site because you will lose all your files on this one guaranteed

If you forget your password for your encrypted files, it says "forgot password" and it will send an unlock code to your email!!!!! That is all someone has to do to access your encrypted files!! Your email is also on your phone!!! Was an excellent app untill I discovered that major flaw!!! About a week later, no response from andrognito. Should offer a no back door version!! You lose your password, no way in.

Needs a *completely* offline mode. Its stupidly dubious syncing the listing of your private files to another location which only requires your vault password to read the contents of. And what's with all the 'Authorized Devices' listing under General Settings?? There's like 6 entries all the exact same model as my phone with no additional infos. You cant even remove them. Are they my logins?? Who knows..

This app doesn't seem to be supported anymore. Their website also says it will be ready in 30 days and 12 hours, resetting the clock everytime you open the site.

Love. Nice tiers of storage options and security options. Fast, easy to grasp and navigation is pretty snappy. Only bad thing, and this could be all me, is that I didn't understand the logistics of how and when things actually saved up into the cloud. And how to tell for sure (missed the little icon things and their meaning at first). I thought putting autosync on was all I had to do. I ended up losing photos when I switched phones because some hadn't made it to the cloud. Not a big deal thou! ♥️

I've used this app for a while and never had issues until recently. A few odd my files went missing in the cloud, then after upgrading phones and adding new files they were lost immediately and after several attempts at contacting customer service I still haven't heard back... will be very disappointed if I lose those files permanently...

I'm going to write a very short review and, at the end, ask a question, and I would be grateful if someone would answer it. Andrognito is a really useful app, and premium version makes it even better, especially with being able to create separate vaults, which allows for much better organisation, without having to put all of the files into folders before encryption. Whilst putting files into folders beforehand is not a problem if it is only a few small files, but in the case of lots of files, Andrognito has to decrypt everything in the folder, which can take a while, even when you might only be trying to view one or two files. Just wanted to ask, I'm getting a new phone soon, how do I transfer encrypted files to my new device?

Great app, does what it says. two features that i would like to see added are, 1. Ability to manually set the default decrypt storage location where files would be exported after decrypting rather than sending to the source folder. 2. free cloud sync to the user's own Google drive or one drive by linking account.

Be careful when using. Moving the data from one phone to another does not guarantee that you can any longer access your data. Also nobody answers to help requests. I lost all my important files. So remember to backup your data also elsewhere if choosing this app.

Works really well, but alas I'm really missing the option to move files into folders (both existing and new) inside of vaults. That seems like a big oversight and makes file management a fair bit of an unnecessary hastle. Besides that it works fast and has a sweet UI.
