Horrible app. Real POS. Has not worked since we switched from Verizon. I cannot work without VM, so likely headed back to Verizon in the near future. Been on and off the phone with support for three weeks, resetting network configurations and all sorts of stuff. What was worse is that they said they would open a ticket and I would get an email outline that info. Two weeks later, I have still not heard from Xfinity.

Seems to be abandonware. Hasn't worked since July, can't switch to Android/Samsung default vm app either. Nothing but "we had trouble loading this screen" and "unable to connect." Tried emailing the support email listed, it's just an automated message to try the basic BS and call support if it doesn't work. So glad I took the time to lay out my problem in detail and provide my account info as instructed in another reply from "the creator".

Switch to Xfinity a month ago. This app has never worked. I cannot get it to sign in, allow me to set it as the default app or record a personal message. I have a Samsung S9+. When I canceled my Verizon to move to Xfinity, I lost my voicemail. Now I have no voicemail. I need an app that works.

Will not install unless you give all the requested permissions. And Xfinity is useless in helping you troubleshoot. Once I got it on my new phone it works well. I had voicemails from April to go through because I wasn't being notified and didn't realize the app didn't transfer like the rest of my apps when I got a new phone.

The problem with the not in service for the voicemail is likely because they have your account at Comcast set to a older Samsung phone so if you do have a Samsung Galaxy 10 or newer and are having that problem where it says your number isn't in service good bye when you call *86 then call Comcast and have them check and see if they have the right voicemail settings for your phone. Mine was set for a older Samsung Galaxy phone which is why I had the problem it was fixed when they changed it.

This app does not work. I set up my voicemail and have missed 2 important VMs so far. They are able to leave a message but I don't get it. When I open the app it doesn't show any new voicemails.

Recurring problem where I receive notification of a new vm, click to play it, and instead of the new vm recording I hear a year-old (and long since deleted) voicemail message. Happens every few months, I spend 45 minutes with customer service trying to figure it out, then happens again in another few months. Has been happening for over 2 years.

Xfinity won't let me use my previous voicemail app that I had on my last phone!!!! Requires too many permissions!!!!!! Why do they need to read and send Text messages??????? I never or will never use the voicemail to text option...stupidest thing ever as they can't translate the messages correctly!!!!!!! I have ears & I can listen to my messages just fine...so again XFINITY WHY DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO SMS??????? Is it so you can send SPAM MESSAGES in the middle of the night????

I am not receiving any notifications about someone leaving a voicemail and even when someone does leave a message I go to the app and it says no voicemails. Already did everything from the email I received from VVM Support and still nothing. This needs to be fixed! I need to know if I have a voicemail working fulltime and going to school.
