It's been working great for the 1st month and now I keep getting a internal error please try back later. This has been going on for 3 days. I've messaged the contact email supplied in the app info section. I can't even log on to get to my account or see pictures. I keep getting updates of new photos but can't see them. Someone please get back with me! Thanks

This app is GARBAGE and their customer service is non-existent! Try any other camera, but not these. I've heard great things about SpyPoint cameras. They work really well, send tons of photos, and customer service is great. They actually answer their phones and reply to all comments on the app. Don't buy these! That was my mistake.

Camera is great. App has a bug now that says I must make a payment and reactivate the camera. I've done this several times and my plan says active. But, when I open the app all I can see is it asking for a payment. Will rate 5 stars when this is fixed. Im current at a 1.5 hr hold time with customer service and it is business hours. Do better guys

What would make this the best is if there was a (take photo now) button so I can see what's going on at my trail cam on demand. I like to randomly check weather conditions this would be an awsome software upgrade.

Sick of the camera not sending me the pics 🤦♂️ I can walk right in front of it. See the red light blinking after dark. Yet it has a mind of its own when or if it sends the pics. Disappointing

They shut off my camera and keep charging my bank. Charged me 9 times during free trial. Tried calling was on hold over a hour and no one ever answered. Emailed them with no response. Do not put in any bank or card info. They just charge it till your bank shuts them out.still trying to charge me after service is off Terrible terrible customer service. Do not download. SCAM.

Works great as it should. I just wish I cloud set videos for longer than 10 seconds, but the work around is just setting the trigger reset timer to its minimum of 3 seconds.

It took a little while to get things set up. Not sure if you have to put the cam looking outside but after I did that I can play and look through the app. Took me an hr but not sure if thats how it is supposed to work.

Bought the unit. Tried to register with the app. Could not advance past the page where it asked for payment information. It literally would not scroll up to allow me to hit next. Tried to call customer service. Was on the line for over 1hour 45 min. Never did talk to anyone. I was going to make one more attempt at setting it up then decided against it. After reading the reviews and my own experience I will purchase a different camera with good customer service and better ratings.

Camera works with the app fine but they will over charge you. The account portion of the app does not work. It reverts back to the $20.00 plan no matter what plan you select. Then you will email them and after several days of no response you will call and literally sit on hold for hours (1hour and 32 minutes to be exact). It's a shame they try to scam you out of additional monthly fees instead of just providing a quality support and reasonably good customer service experience.
