Inasmuch the OTP issue may be a security measure, it's a bit too much. Firstly, it does not arrive instantaneously (takes time to arrive); and secondly, if someone momentarily misplaces their sim or loses it, they're unable to transact until it has been replaced (which is also a drag in Zambia as one has to go a service centre and not kiosks which are everywhere). It's almost not worth having this app in my opinion👎🏽. Also, the Airtel app & interface is much better as it's integrated.

Still a very very long way to go MTN! 1. Why doesn't the app auto read the OTP if OTP is sent to the same phone that has the app? 2. What's the OTP for if I have already provided my PIN? 3. Can the verification be biometric enabled? The App is backward and still needs to be worked on a great deal. Not at all a pleasant experience 👎

The app is wonderful and I'm giving a 5 star rating on it. But I want you to upgrade one small detail in this app Please I'll like you to put "commas" in between the numbers so we'll be able to read our balances accurately. Example; Let's take "Five hundred thousand". Instead of writing it this way 👉 "500000", it would be better if you wrote it this way instead 👉 "500,000". In this case the comma or full stop would help us to clearly read our balances. Thanks great app I'M A CAMEROONIAN

The application work well, I would value at 4 stars but it fits with 3. The matter is that the app require your insufficient internet and end being collapsed. Let the app work on the usable internet not for only MTN tortoise internet.

The App is almost useless. I wish it could be used for tracking transactions and had a meaningful statement to help reconciling transactions since you don't want to be consistent in sending SMS's to recipients.

Of late if you send money using the app it will show successful transaction yet no transaction has taken place and your mobile money balance is still unchanged
