They have some work ahead of them in the stability and complimenting feature department: Update: Increased to 3 stars. Will change all of my reviews to 4 stars if they will just send me a revised watch with the same form factor luminescent hands but increased coating and luminosity. Obviously the app still needs to be updated to include what was promised over months passed. Update: Downgraded to one star. Still no updates to the app. Update: Dec 20: As a bus driver step tracking still off. Down?

Horrible. Won't maintain a connection with the device. Seriously, the worst app I've encountered so far. The watch itself is nice, but without the app to view it with, it's just a watch. Of course, it needs the app for setting time, etc. Not happy at all with my purchase.

My smartwatch has simply stopped being visible to my phone (other bluetooth devices work fine). This is the third device with issues - the first one, from the IndieGoGo campaign, the buttons broke very quickly with no heavy use. They replaced that first watch promptly, but replaced it with a watch of the wrong description. This third watch, the BlueTooth abruptly stopped working. Though this watch has great support behind it, quality control appears to be minimal from this company, at least for the watch, and quality control has to come first. Without connecting to bluetooth, the time doesn't even update, which means that the watch doesn't even work as a normal timepiece anymore. I wouldn't to buy this watch again, though while it works, so long as it works, it's nice. But it appears that every 6 months or so there's another issue and that's just a hassle for a watch that advertises itself as one which lasts for a year (the battery, perhaps, but not the watch itself).

UPDATE: Updated to the latest firmware 2.9.2 and the Cue barely works. Battery life has gone from 2.5 days to about 18 hours. Step count is way overstated. On a day when I walked 2714 steps, the Muse Cue had me at 48,375 steps, 80% was done while I was sitting on the couch. No sleep data and kcal count is overstated as well. It seemed to work fine when I first got it, but with each firmware upgrade, it is hit or miss if the Muse Cue will work. With the last update, the app continues to crash when moving between sections of the app. (Android) This last update did fix the problem that kept the Muse Cue from operating correctly from the previous update. Sleep tracking is not accurate at all. The app still needs work. Not able to change profile photo or phone location.(not able to set to my region)

The app seems broken for the moment Edit more stuff found broken (Android 10) Edit: the makers of this device seem to be keeping people on a string. I received a replacement device that is missing luminescent hands and doesn't seem to have a proper UV meter. WTH!? We are on version 4.46, still not righ :( Still havent gotten the special SKU with Luminescent hands. Delay after delay after delay. Almost 2 years of delays. 2/10: Got my watch, no digi ID for USA/no HR anymore, No fit integration!

IFTTT was promised and now it's the end of the year and still no support. The default actions aren't as customizable as I would like it, this would be fixed if IFTTT was available. Update: 6 months later and IFTTT is STILL not available as promised in the campaign.

I went to update my last post but was not able to. My last post was 1 star as well. The difference in this post is I would now give it a -1. Damn thing heated up and started burning. At first I thought I hit bit by a bug, but while I was inspecting my wrist, I felt same sensation, with more intensity, in my forefinger where I was holding the Muse. What a waste of money.

Update: Downgraded to two star for many many bugs. The assistant is not working right and there are bits and pieces of the app missing. Many broken promises. Edit: Down for maintenance? Edit: version 4.4.4 will not sync and the past 4 versions would not sync. The app has been broken for almost a year

Great idea. Poor execution. Blog is down and so is weekly sleep report. And no word yet on IFTTT integration.
