Generic protocols can be downloaded for free Agencies available with a password are: Summit County EMS in Summit County Utah Wasatch County EMS in Wasatch County Utah South Davis Metro Fire Critical Care Transport North Box Elder Country South Scott County Ambulance District In addition to the above agencies, there are agencies and state protocols that are available via in-app purchase. The only thing free, is to download the app... with nothing in it. Need to purchase anything, protocols etc. I see why it's rated so low and had I read the review first, would not have wasted 5 minutes of my life with it.
