Was a great app when I bought my Craftman lawnmower 3 years ago. It now won't let me input maintenance or anything. Please fix the app and go back to original version. Whoever tried to fix your app destroyed it in the process. You should get your money back. I don't get reminders anything. Why would you make your own app worse? A update is supposed to improve something, or it's a degrade not an upgrade. Get you stuff together Craftsman, or my next purchase will not be Craftsman.

When I first got this app I loved it. It saved all my records of when I get oil changes and everything. Then you guys requested us to do an update on it not only did it erase all my information but now only two things show up on there when it doesn't crash and that is hours until the blades need changed and Battery charge. And again that's when it doesn't crash which is now 98% of the time after the update . before it never crashed. I have sent several emails with response. They just don't care

Wouldn't even let me create a sign in. It would just sit and do nothing after I clicked submit. Un installed and re-download it. Same result. Nothing works. .

This app worked great when it was installed ayear ago this month. However the last 5 months I haven't been able to login. I tap the box to input my login info and the keyboard never shows up. If this were fixed i would give a great review! Sad I dont see any admin respond to these complaints 😤 I sent an email to customer support, i guess we shall all find out if they give damn!!!

This app used to work great. Loved the maintenance intervals and how to's. Now it keeps crashing. You log in and immediately get kicked out. I added this to my t8200. Glad I didn't pay full price for the Bluetooth piece where the app doesn't work. If they fix this issue I'll adjust my rating

The very first login screen does not show properly on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus! At the top part of the login there's options to login using your "Sears" credential but because other words are floating on top of it I only have either the option to login with my Apple ID or my Google account! But even worse now even after loging in via my Google account it just rerouted my in a circle to the same spot! I'd really like to be able to use this app & have it work accurate!

Allowed me to create an account, scan bar code, etc, but I don't receive the email to verify my account. This is pretty basic stuff, and I don't understand how you can screw it up. Guess it was built by the lowest bidder, meaning they put 'programmers' in place to build it who don't know what they are doing. This is only one small example of why Sears is circling the drain.

Well it looks like we are all shut out of the app. Based on last two months of reviews and the fact I am having the same log on failures when I never signed out in the first place. Sucks. Hope my $2300 Craftsman Rider dosen't get the same idea. Going to miss Sears.

worthless can't get past "LOGIN " CS suggested re-download, several times DID NOT WORK. Never had to login before, why now? Re-downloaded to S10e, shows log-in "successful" then returns to log-in?!?!?! Was helpful until you guys messed with it, STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute garbage. It doesn't remember your login or password. And even if you do, you'll probably have to go through a long reset process anyway. Then when you finally get it open it will never and I mean never find and connect to your mower. Sales gimmick, worthless as a tool.
