Not allowing me to enable quick access. When I go to enable it it just stays on the load screen till my phone times out. Please fix this. And yes the god awful bright pink screen, hard on the eyes that's for sure. 0

When I first downloaded the app it was great and then a few months later to currently my screen sometimes turns pink or purple making it hard for me to see anything. A few months ago I thought to go on the app to do something new which was to start depositing checks instead of coming going in to the credit union since we're in a world crises, but it doesn't work and just says, error message, tryvagain later. Also it's not doing regularly updates. This is why I give a low rating.

Every time I restart my phone the app turns on the background and it can only be shutdown through the phones app settings. It's a little unsettling to find the app randomly runs in the background. I also find the 'below balance' notification show up 4-5 days after my balance has dropped below my threshold. This has been going on for over a year, a new update would be nice.

So here's my biggest issue and the main reason for the low rating. The notification system SUCKS. I have it set to let me know when there are certain purchases above a certain amount, and also to alert me to deposits, withdraws, and if my balance drops below a certain amount. I usually dint get the notification until 3-4 days after the actual event on my account occurred, and the amounts are ALWAYS, ALWAYS wrong.

Does this app need to be updated? For a few months, I was getting a pink screen and could login half the time (random), and now I'm getting an app notification that "App is Running" that I can't clear. It's been fine for a good year or two until now.

The Check Deposit feature rarely ever works. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. And why doesn't this have a feature to our bank messaging system? That is important, too.

Always running with an icon in the top corner of the phone and kills battery bc it doesn't stop running. I have to pause the app unless I'm using it.... Please fix this
