A very frustrating app to use. Hangs or freezes. Uninstall reinstall on fire stick. Won't cast or mirror from phone to TV either. Rotates upside down on phone. Endless buffering but no problem with Amazon Prime, Netflix or Starz. Menu options not highlighted enough. Get lost in the abyss. Doesn't work smoothly like other current Apps. Think I'll stop here.

I downloaded the app and subscribed but I didn't let me watch anything, it just showed me the trailers and then asked me to subscribe, i pressed the subscribe button and it said you already own this item and still didn't let me watch anything, i contacted them they said they will fix it but they didn't so basically my money has been stolen...

What happened with the last update? Screwed up a perfectly good app. Reset all my setting, stuck in portrait mode, tons of errors when watching. Subscription is coming up for renewal this month. I was on the fence b/c it seems like I've watched all the content I'm interested in seeing. But this makes canceling easy.

If it ain't broken don't fix it, whoever suggest the latest update was a good idea should take a good look at himself, screwed a perfectly working App, now most of the features I enjoy are not working properly, please fix it.

I have this playing constantly throughout my day. Only hang up I had was using the app with Chromecast, which was a fairly easy to get figured out either way.

Worked great till today's update. Queue view is missing. Watch list is empty. Still plays via unlike others are experiencing.

I have paid for monthly subscription but still haven't got the benefits. The app is asking to subscribe again, even though my money has been credited from my bank account

I subscribed but can't watch it's showing to subscribe again and the same problem goes for browser too. The customer care is not responding at all

Auto rotate does not work on my phone OR my tablet. Makes video upside down on both devices. Especially bad on my tablet as it only goes in the case one way and it won't stand correctly to watch CS vids. Pretty much unusable. Please fix. All other streaming àpps handle this, including your partners over at Nebula!

When the app updated, it stopped letting me add videos to the queue and that was my favorite feature.
