Register complaint does not work. Since 2 days trying to register complaint but after pressing submit it fails to submit. If you still accept online complaint registration please solve the issue if not then kindly remove that. Tenant verification is also not working. It sends you to police.rajasthan.gov.in where you will find the list of results only, nothing else. Din't found usefull for me Thank you

I dint understand why did even they created it, I needed the interstate travel pass during june 2021 lockdown...i applied for 7th June,2021...and for my surprise the app was showing the Status as "Pending" even on 10th June,2021.... atleast you must have rejected it so i could have applied it again...the purpose isn't served!

If you can't maintain the service on accept or reject the pass then there is no use of using this app. Everyone is here faced same problem. If you cant response in 24 hours for the pass in emergency, then your app is not for us accept fooling us and wasting our time.

Few concerns-in emergency they should allow passes quickly. 2nd if few things are open in lockdown what is the use of pass if police didnt validate the pass and still seize the vehicle , local citizens are already tensed and on the name of duty few police persons harrassing citizens unneccessarily. If things are really prior they should allow,no body roam with pass and complete documents in this pendemic,as nobody wants to land there lives on landmines of covid.hope this will change. JAI HIND

Worst app , no action taken ,useless app ,it shows the picture how our Government system works. That is why our India is so back. I have applied for Movement pass during lockdown in emergency ,but no action taken. Even the movement date passed but no action taken. If you can't handle the old system why create a new system. 24 hours gone still epass status is pending. Even applied date passed, Useless system. It's not fault of the App developer.

Hanged, while attaching the photo, the app get hanged. Please fix this issue. Problem still persists even after update. Yes sir i updated to the latest version, still cant upload the photos for E Pass. Still not working after today's update. Rajasthan Police should change the developer. As for sure this developer does not know anything. 5 updates came so far and the issue is not resolved.

After 4 days it can not be opened without update. For update, space falls short in mobile and it requires to delete other Apps. It should be opened immediately without update also in "few seconds". Add :- More clearly it can surely be updated in few minutes but it NEED NOT BE required again and again repeatedly after every 4 days. When this app requires to be opened on the spot immediately, it is not possible to open/use in few seconds because update is AGAIN NEEDED before use in urgent need.

Useless app. No timely response. It asks to update after every 2 days. Keeps on eating space. Didn't find it useful in any aspect. Have to give 1 star as there is nothing below that. If it would have been then surely would have rated in negative.

Disgusting... I am trying to apply a Lockdown pass since this morning, and when i am filling all the details and when clicking on "Add more person" the error is showing "Server busy try later" and this is the continuous story since this morning, i have tried for atleast 30 times to do it.... I am in a real trouble and want a pass immediately but it is really annoying. Please help me to get this fixed immediately. Kunal
