Downloading the files is the most inconvenient one for this app. Downloads doesn't even start properly. The Ultimate doesn't worth it. 100GB is sufficient for your daily camera uploads. Pro/Ultimate just adds the storage space and adds one Top secret folder feature which I feel is irrelevant and not required at all. Also, I haven't renewed the subscription so now unable to download or even delete the files in top secret folder. Used to be a great one now I am disappointed😞

Haven't seen a more buggy app than this,can't upload files, can't delete them if some got uploaded, storage quota stuck at "110 MB of 112 GB used",even when there are more than 2 GB of files backed up but of course notifications & adds works perfectly fine.I don't know why i fell for the free 100 GB storage when it's just a worthless app only made up to show adds...Pathetic

This app is ransomware at its worst. It's like a needy ex-boyfriend girlfriend begging you to click on it to see the stuff you put away. Then when you add things to the cloud storage. They only give you a certain amount of downloads of your own content before they lock you into a paywall to get unlimited. I don't know how this app gets away from Google screening. Don't download!

This is supposed to be a backup service the file manager can't even move files from subdirectory to subdirectory all it does is back completely out of the device Dir and doesn't allow you to go back into your device Dir unless you cancel the move lol . I've been using it but you removed the pc app and it's now just a useless web browser app. Your lucky Google doesn't let us rate this app with ZERO stars. This does make it easy to decide not to waste any money on it though ;) used to be worth $

I used to store hundreds of megas from several devices uploaded in the cloud until last summer they all disappeared without any explanation. I've been testing Degoo's behaviour with othe devices ever since and I can tell you it does NOTHING of what it promises. Doesn't upload, doesn't store, doesn't keep anything. If you care for your files, stay away from this app.

Upload doesn't go past certain percentage. Shows 100 % for a while when starting the app, and after that goes back to the same percentage and tries to upload the rest but can't. So pretty useless to have over 100 Gb of storage if the app can use only about 3,5 Gb. And been uploading for over 24 hours, including whole night of uploading while phone on charger and WiFi.

Deceptive advertisment and offers. After completing a major offer for 1.7Tb it was denied without explanation despite complying with all the requirements. It was showing installed, in progress but not rewarded, no explanation about what went wrong just a template message. Apart from that the storage is huge but speed sometimes is quite slow.

Awesome app (for now it is awesome, I personally don't know that whether this app will STAY and WORK for LIFETIME, OR NOT). I FINALLY STARTING USING THIS APP FROM 2021. This app is best for those, who want to save files like - mp3, video, documents, photos/images, etc. THIS APP WILL COST U FREE FROM GOOGLE PLAY STORE. Storing capacity of 1 Video file is very less - it's 500 mb. HOPE IT MUST BE INCREASED TO 1GB. ALL YOU MUST REMEMBER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO USE IT ON ANY DEVICE.

Now this app is going downgrade day by day. The Ad display system is very annoying. The Album customization method is also ugly. Flipping up to down is very slow. The page doesn't move quickly from top to bottom. Please update.

Everything is good, but I don't know why when Degoo runs in background, it makes my internet very slow (before turning off Degoo: 600kbps, after turning off Degoo: 27Mbps) and no, everything was already backed up/uploaded before so it's not like I was using the phone while uploading videos on Degoo. If this is a bug pls fix it.
