1) when I arrive at the restaurant, the app doesn't recognize my location, even when I'm standing right in front. Have to restart the app, sometimes a few times, before "Arrived" appears. 2) when I pick up the order, you click on the order number, but "Confirm Pick-up" doesn't appear. Have to try many times. Sometimes have to restart the app a few times. 3) click on the "arrow" for directions, based on the address, Google map opens and it's always a wrong address, like 2 doors away.

I have to tick several times the check box for the green bottom to appear. The app used to work 100% before, now I blame my phone for this problem but after reading some reviews I realized that my phone is fine and the app is faulty, plus arriveing at the restaurant to collect order and see so many orders ready to be collected 20 min. ago and no one there to collect and my order hasn't been printed yet, restaurants should have a (ready) botton to click and then send us the order to collect

Really bad experience so far, I started a week a ago and I don't even get orders plus when I get orders which is like very few times the GP goes crazy and doesn't do what it suppose to . Also I don't find enough details of the address. And when I finish a order the delivered click don't work and have to be for like 10 minutes to wait so the app allows me to finally get paid for the order just made.

Constantly having to tick several times to confirm pick up or deliver. App doesn't recogniss my location when I get to a restaurant. And also have to ring up ride support every time I have over 18 items. All of this time mounts up to such wasted time during a days work - extremely annoying.

I have been working for Delivroo for 2 weeks and I am enjoing riding my bicycle and navigating around local area but the rider App is buggy. Somtimes When I arrive at a store to pick up it won't acknowledge that I've arrived Somtimes When I complete delivery to the customer it wont acknowledge that I've completed the delivery, these delays can last up to 15 minutes, I have good signal strength good gps fix and an unlimited data plan and the latest version of the App.

The app has stopped sound notification couple of weeks ago. It's hard to see what order comes without notification. The order gets cancelled and gets assigned to someone else. This is happening at least on the android phone.

The map of the Android version doesn't work. The collected button doesn't work. When the pinpoint is far from the customer/restaurant, you have to wait around 3 minutes or go to the far pinpoint place.

Everyday for the past 3 days between 1.00 pm - 1.30 pm whenever i reached a certain restaurant the green box appear but without the word ARRIVED ... so obviously i cant click to collect the order... n whenever i contact Rider Support nobody seems to know how to fix the problem... it will hang on for the next 1 or 2 hours...
