Its super slow and the drivers are always lost the food is always cold. They keep changing the estimated time to deliver and tracking the driver doesn't work properly, to contact the support team ( they Bearley answer and they disappear) its not the first time!!! you have to choose the cancel the order to seak to them, i will delete the app after i receive my order that i have been waiting for it for more than an hour estimated time was 40 min Highly not recommended !! Its a disaster !

Poor service. The wait times are very inaccurate so you don't have certainty in delivery times and therefore planning ahead. Last week dinner was very late. Despite contacting support three times over a period of 80 mins they assured me that it was on its way. The food never arrived. Tonight. It was late by 20 mins and when I saw this was going to happen they would not let me cancel the order.

a service where you order food, wait 90 minutes, nag the company, get promised it's on its way soon and it will be there in 15 minutes, wait 40, contact them again, get told them same thing, inform them that the restaurant is still closed, get informed that you just need to be patient, cancel your order and after some fighting get your money back and cook for yourself after 3 hours of frustrating. Is this app paid for by the diet industry?

Not sure what is the problem. I add in promo code and few times the app don't apply the promo code for discount. I ask the customer service and answer is as below and not solving the problem and i still can't use some of the voucher. 'This usually doesn't happen and vouchers automatically gets deducted on a qualifying order, however, we'll take note what happened here."

they force your bank to verify transactions. it took me and all my friends about 45 minutes to do one order. none of our banks would accept the transaction. I know it's probably not Deliveroo'a fault, and rather the banks to blame, but you should go out and get food instead of ordering off the Internet. unless you are lazy.

I had the "New Customers voucher", so I tried Deliveroo. But during the payment, they asked me to go to my bank app. But then Deliveroo opened an error page. So I had to cancel my order and I lost my voucher. The terms say that we won't get our voucher back. which is very unfair for your mistake, if you don't wanna give a voucher, just don't fake to give one. I won't order from you in the future.

TERRIBLE support! I hadn't used it for a couple of years because of previous experience. But rejoined because of the amazon prime partnership... The fact they offer NO support now, on CURRENT orders, is beyond ridiculous! And when you get told one thing from the restaurant, and another thing from chat support and then ANOTHER thing from calling them... It's just worse than bad. Will be uninstalling completely. Regardless of partnership.

Delayed wait for an order that was wrong and missing pretty much all the items. Problems with using the app, constant "network busy" message when trying to order. Cancelling my account (was paying extra every month for delivery plus too!) and uninstalling app when refund processed. Not isolated incident as step son also had problems with a delivery and attitude of Deliveroo customer service. Just poor poor poor all around. Never had any of these problems with Just Eat...

Should have been clearer abt restaurant details, like whether they delivered food by themselves or through deliveroo, and abt the limited order tracking. I call the restaurant and they said that my food has been delivered, but the status in the app is still preparing for food. Dont bother show it if the resto has limited tracking. And how can I not give a review after my order is complete? And please make us able to see the resto's review.

Awful awful app. Off sick with work and tried to order food twice, both times the app caused an issue with the driver sending them to a different part of town, twice!. Left me unwell without food for hours. Both times live chat gave me credit for the same amount. No consideration for the fact that I had been left hungry whilst very poorly. They now expect me to place a 3rd order having given me the same copy & paste instructions that do nothing. I don't want credit I want the food 3 hours ago
