This app is very helpful. Only four stars because it doesn't seem possible to edit modes. I want to delete two of the modes that came with the app and one that I created but no longer use. I can only figure out how to add more modes. So, to clean up the modes, I believe I have to uninstall the app and start over (and that will only let me get rid of the uneanted mode I created).

Maybe it optimizes my battery, maybe it doesn't... but what it canNOT do is start playing video ads when I plug it in!!!! What the hell?? I plug it in and I start hearing two gnus (the animals) discussing... auto insurance?? I am not even sure. I was livid. I've had this app on my phone for many months, but man, it is gone now. An app that on its own starts playing an audio advertisement when I plug my phone in is INTRUSIVE in the EXTREME. Maybe the developrs will fix this, maybe they won't. I guess we will see. Unbelievable.

Overall this app does what it says, my battery certainly lasted longer on this app then some others... BUT, It made my phone less responsive and jittery. And the onslaught of Ads produced by this app was a bit ridiculous! It's nice that some of the advanced features could be unlocked by clicking on ads and installing different apps, but at the end of the day it just sours the whole experience to be constantly adwared! Going back to Greenify or Avast battery which do a good job of extending battery life without reducing performance or being ad machines.....

I used it a lot on my samsung s5, but I barely ever click on it on my s8. I feel like it helped the older phone but not the new ones. It also constantly auto starts itself and runs in the background and I get notifications that the app is draining the battery. It's alright, but Samsungs come with their own optimizing tool now so I feel its obsolete.

Okay first off I like the app it works great and all, but the thing is that when I gave it the access ability stuff it said it would keep track and watch everything I typed, which made me really insecure and when I run my other battery saver that shuts of apps that drains power, it shut off this app, which doesn't give me good vibes considering this is a battery saveing app but other than that it does save my battery, but I am uninstalling because of how insecure it makes me feel

Garbage which does nothing. It kept telling me it was saving me battery time, but battery drained faster than ever. Every time it did an optimization it would pull up a screen of suggestions to improve performance, but it was just a list of ads and suggestions for other apps. The app also automatically open my FB app with a suggested posting to recommend the app to my friends. Stay away from this app!

Quite obnoxious. great for people who love random alerts going off for no reason at all hours of the night. Maybe they could squeeze in a few more ads as well, 500 just doesn't seem like enough. If you are easily distracted by shiny objects, this is definitely the app for you! Uninstalling now.

Used to be simple and straight forward with no adds. You could upgrade at a small cost for extra features to save more battery. Now it's overloaded with adds and wants you to install a buttload of extra bloatware, I went back to Norton Clean after realizing how botched this new version of DU is. I would have loved to write a positive review, used to be great...

I like the app, but a few MAJOR things they need to fix 1 - No explanation/way to rename/remove the battery modes you can make. You can make more, name them anything, but NO WAY to edit/remove ones you already made. 2 - I’ve been getting a ''Low storage reminder (phone storage less then 30%'“) POP-UP Multiple times a day and it’s coming from this app. Just click the ‘clean’ button on this popup and the DU battery saver starts and starts to do it’s thing. I ALREADY have a separate app that keeps track of this info and I don't plan to delete anything to make more room since I'm happy with what I have on it. NO way to disable this popup, disabling notifications for the app itself does nothing. 3 - The Optimization/cleaning, is only a placebo effect, it doesn’t tell me what Its doing when it’s ’optimizing’ or any other thing it’s doing. It just shows a spinning icon and saying it’s ‘doing it’s thing’ NOT helpful at all. I want to know what’s happening, why it’s doing this and what can I do. PLEASE fix these issues soon.

Helped to cool my CPU while charging effectively increasing my battery life and charging abilities. The app did as promised and that's all I can ask for a free app. There are ads but they are not pop up style ads and they are not that disruptive. I understand the developer needs to get paid and rightfully so rather than charging the end-users for their app they run off advertising revenue and I don't mind.
