Last update 2019........... when I financed my vehicle and car toys installed the tracking device it worked (the app). Since I moved to a safer area I did not use the app often.........now that I am moving again the app does not locate nor does it work as a tracker at all. Bait and switch imho

Payed two years up front and the app always has a problem or won't open. $800 for terrible service. Still not able to open app.
