I was terrified after reading the feedback this company has everywhere,unfortunately I made the research after buying the tickets and not seeing the email confirmation for days.I contacted them again,they nicely replied back to me right away and sent me the confirmation tickets and flight info.I'm 100% sure I didn't pay for any extra services but they "charged" them,I contacted them again and they sent a refund. Even though my experience was kind of good I don't recommend you dealing with them!

People in costumer service are kind, the rest is stay away if you value your time! Most things can only be done by phone, wait time is long! They are not connected and sync with airline companies or bravo app. So you speak, confirm, price change 5 times, i spent hours on phone while traveling. Horrible app and the system itself, save time and money go to expedia or someone else that most if not all changes can be made in App. I have yet had the pleasure with such a low grade tech!

Super bad service, its been over two months and I'm still waiting for my refund.. they decided to cancel my flight and give me na alternative WHICH was on a different DAY... I had to chase them for days just to get answers and finally they told me I'll get a refund and it should be 2 months at most, not a day more, well... That time period has passed and I'm more than angry, so yourself a favor and book elsewhere

Nobody responses to your emails or requests to modify, or cancel your booking even with the inclusion of the "Assistance Package." The app, and the website shows my booking is confirmed, but the buttons to modify or cancel my booking, are inactive. Avoid booking with this phony agency at all costs!

this company is a scam. dont be fooled by the high stars ratings. there is no email support and their phone contact is not useful for anything other than telling you to f*** off. Save your money and buy directly from the airline.

If you want your vacation ruined, book with Bravofly! We had booked with them and went to the airport, however we couldn't get our tickets and when in touch with them they refunded us but we had already made these plans, they just took too long to let us know that actually the booking had never gone through... They refused to compensate us in any way for all the inconveniences and added costs they caused us. So yes, choose Bravofly if you want to ruin your vacation! Otherwise stay away.

Extremly bad service..bunch of thugs runing this company...lost my money when bought ticket from bravo fly..flight was canceld but they gave me back just half of my money..it shoul be 100% refund. One can not reach their customer service. Nevr available on phone..no reply to emails..

It is like a Fraud company,canceling your flights without a reason and they promisw you Voucher which you never going to receive! Or you will receive after 1 year then you should use it on their app and they will cancel it again :))
