Honestly, I don't understand why dominos has allowed such a mockery to exist. I use the UK app stress free whenever I stay in the UK so tell me why you allow the Nigerian app to be so slow and barely functional. I can't even add items to my order. I don't know if you left the programming to a Nigerian company (in which case, the company needs to be fired ASAP!) or you just can't be bothered to use your resources to give us the same quality of app as other countries but this is unacceptable 🤬

Absolutely dreadful is what this app is , there's a Domino branch 16 mins walk from my house yet the app said they don't deliver to my address when they do and when trying to order it keeps telling me incomplete coupon , this app is terrible to use , do not install , you might as well install another pizza app

I don't get this app at all. It says it doesn't deliver to my location yet it actually does but I have to go through a complicated mess to do it. The stores it puts as near me are actually miles away and it doesn't list the store that is actually near my location.

This app is absolutelyfraudulent, I bought pizza online using my debit card, after my account was debited i was told transaction not successful. I received a notice to contact their office after 7 working if no refund. All efforts to get Domino via Twitter, email, phone calls proved abortive.

The company as a whole is horrible. My pizza got to me after 3 hours of stressing me and the dispatch rider cussed me out. They didn't even bring it to my house, i had to walk a while before getting it. I ordered for extra cheese but i didn't even get cheese, talk more of extra.

For those who think that this app is useless I dont think it's the the programmers fault. The app worked perfectly for me and I am giving it 5 stars. The pizza was delivered in less than 30 minutes. For those who said that the app doesn't allow you to buy things, it only showed pictures. Did u sign in? You have to sign in with things like addresses and phone numbers before you are allowed to buy things. Or maybe ur devices aren't just compatible with the app

Lazy Programming Rendering the website using a WebView is a very lazy programming by the programmer. Don't get me wrong, the app does what its created for but I do not see any reason for this app if it simply renders the website. To make matters worse, users experience on the website isn't friendly enough, and bringing that same experience to an app is just not good enough. You guys can do better or ask for a refund.

The experience was nothing to write home about. They could have actually use my location to choose the best store for me but instead they prefer me to write my address which is not in their database. I ordered the first one the name of my street was there but it was another location entirely. I tried using a landmark and it was not possible. I don't just understand, some stores don't even pick up calls at all. There Is more to improve if you want to make the delivery perfect. I am so disappointe
