Was nit sure how to place the order. Then I realised I had to press the red button at the top. My suggestion is that you change it to suit other online stores and have the button at the bottom of the order summary. I almost started my whole order from scratch thinking it was a bug. Furthermore, I really like how it works and how easy it is to add extras. Only other issue was that I couldn't find the option to select thick or thin base.

After complaining a year and a half ago about the fact that the app says they do not deliver too my address, which they do. Still the same problem! Have to order for pickup and then phone store to change for delivery! And now with a call centre(brain dead idea) it's even a bigger stuff up!! Area is Faerie Glen, shop is 3km away from me!

was able to place order but I had to type everything from scratch since I was not able to sign in. Typed email and password and tapped sign in but it was like nothing was happening. No loading bar or anything. Also, please add a feature that allows the user to give the driver a tip if you pay with credit card online.

Works great, would get a five star but sometimes, something goes wrong when I do a payment. Last time I had to call Domino's office to find out if they received my order because the tracker didn't show anything but I paid for the pizza. With their great team, Dominos sorted it out quick.

Useless when trying to order for delivery. It always says that no shops deliver to your area even though they always do when you phone them. This means I might as well not use the app at all. I have tried this in multiple areas and always get the same result, app won't allow delivery even if the shop is five minutes away and when I phone they have no problem delivering.

First experience seemed great and simple at first. ordered a pizza, it said it would be by my in about 30-40 minutes.. Pizza was ready in 20.. And then the long wait begins. Only delivered in about 1h40 from the time I placed my first order, meaning it was out the over for 1h20, cold and ruined by the time I got it. Deleting app, first and last time I use dominoes. Track your pizza phone call option then tells you to go to the web site. Useless!

Easy app to use, takes the frustration out of calling in an order and it is not what you have ordered. I live the sms updates that tracks the oder from placing to out on delivery. The Domino's outlet that serves us, is prompt and so efficient. It makes using the app even more sensible to use!

I've been ordering friday meals ever since the existence of Domino's Pizza. Honestly, I don't know what the store looks like inside, however, I never had any issues with the service. Always quick, accurate and very high quality. I do though feel the need to point out that the drivers often forget the soft drinks and then have to come back twice. I do love the service though, it's professional and they must be very well organized to get it all done so accurately. ;-)

I have the exact same issue that I have with other fast food apps and fast food delivery apps here: Not delivering to my area. Honestly what is the point of someone like myself downloading an app and being hungry, waiting to place an order only to find out that I either have to starve or have to make the commute anyway? Seriously? Apart from that, the app does NOT run smoothly. There are noticable glitches and it stalls very frequently. Each page loads like garbage. My experience is just sickening to be honest. Quite simply; something needs to be done. Do something right or don't do it at all.

Please make the check out process easier. I don't want to navigate through a meriad of add on ads before seeing the very small checkout link. Please add a driver tip function. We don't always have cash on hand to tip them. Thanks!
