This app is certainly one of the worst apps at play store. You must hire a good software engineer to tackle all the issues. One can't rotate the screen in opposite direction, can't keep on the same video in the playlist after we go back, shows white screen telling time exhausted when i exit the app and re-enter into it, no download option in all the videos, the play speed returns to 1X after you pause the video. These are only few, the list is too long. Please hire an experienced person.

Teacher n content are best. But app performance is poorest, even in high speed net ,it is not working only buffering. Very bad technical staff . Sometime they say format mobile sometime clear cache memory, don't know why they can't solve the issue, other educational apps are working very good in same mobile and same network, why technical staff can't provide this app at iphone app store, 2 hrs class take 3 hours to complete. This is the value of time of a civil service aspirant.Please fix it π

When I updated this app, it automatically logged out. Then I tried to log back in and got the error "user registered with another device" even though it's the same device. I wanted to buy the Hindi medium foundation course of IAS but if it logged out like this then who will take the responsibility of my 90000 rupees? I want my account backπ . The account I had created from my main email account was also not able to log in in the same way. I had to create a new email, now that too is not opening.

The best application i have ever come across. If you are looking for an up to date and amazing experience for your UPSC or Any other PCS exam preparation, then you can absolutely go for it. There are various courses and free content available on it, which can help you in many factors. ππππ

Some bugs are fixed after rhe update but the UI is still laggy and feels unfinished. I don't know why they think someone's going to steal the content or something like that; screenshots are not permitted, you cannot cast the screen on TV, developer options need to be disabled on the phone, the phone should not be rooted, cannot resume the session after minimizing and reopening the app........Is this enough to keep the privacy of the lectures? π

Now the problem of "unrooted device" is solved but it's not allowing me to use the app stating that "User registered for another device". Sure I had to check the app in different phones, I could run it in one device however I signed out of the device and uninstalled it but I am still locked out of my device . What a frustration. I have UPSC interview on 10 August and need to access the interview classes. Struggling from months now

This mobile no. is registered with another account...... Continuously showing, then I changed my number.when it's time to come the OTP, it is showing that we have sent an OTP on your mobile no ,but no OTP has come. Then I fill another no. for OTP, after that I got that, but when I opened the app and logged in, then it (my courses) is blank. No courses are showing. Worst app ever........jhaantu app bc

5 star for faculties and 0 stars for the app interface and support team. They have taken one of the best teachers but recruited one of the worst PR and HR team + the software engineers π the app is laggy + you never get notifications about classes and all + if the class is not commencing they will not send you email like today on Muharram you're on your own π + the support team is like sarkari Babus. They talk like, doing some favour on us and most of the time takes much time to resolve things

After new update I'm not able to down notification shutter when app is opened.Fix the bug...One more problem is there if I downloaded any video then also it's necessary to have a active internet connection.Then what's the meaning of download video if i can't watch video without internet connection. New update on 1st July still notification shutter problem not solved.... frustrating....
