1. I cannot persuade the app to connect. Its WiFi is visible on all of my devices. WIth the WiFi icon flashing, and connected to its network, it asks for a security code. I have entered both my router code, the one that came with the station, and every other that might be relevant. There is no indication which SSID is relevant to access or security code, or password. The app spends about 1.5 min "checking" for connection, then displays "Fail" Something is seriously wrong with the app. 2. There appears to be no way to get the WiFi symbol to flash, except to disconnct the power supply and battery; this results in total loss of settings.

Useless app. Cannot find my weather station. Have tried many many many many times on my tablet and on my phone. Keeps stopping. Every time I try I then have to input my router password --why can't this app keep password in memory? Have installed, uninstalled, deleted cache..still won't work.

Work around for failing to show SSID; install WS View as well and run it; if it lists the SSID's, try to connect. Even if it doesn't work, close it and try the WS tool again. The SSID's may be there. Worked for me on a Samson A71. OR load it on an older phone with an older operating system.

This app is a time waster. Had it working for a few weeks then it decided not to show all the info instead you get - 99 in most fields. Have installed it uninstaller it reinstalled but will not work. Don't waste your time with this app.

just cant get it online, using a bt smart hub and android 9. the app cant see my 2.4ghz network and wifi icon on the station stops flashing as soon as the app starts scanning, total rubbish don't buy a station that needs this app to get it online.

Such a poor ui. So incredibly hard to link my station to Wi-Fi, but the minute I did it on iOS, it worked instantly! Displays info incorrectly... my wind speed isn't 32,000kmh and it isn't minus 99°c... If I could give less than 0 stars I would.

Does not work! Does not display anything any longer. Have uninstalled, cleared all caches etc. But on registered device, it just shows refresh circle continuously. Tried WS view but that cannot find my device.

This app is gone off line, I never usually comment on apps but I will here just to let everyone know that there is a better app be the same developer called "ws view" search for it here, the app is a lot lot better! 👍

Tool defunct! use ambient weather osprey tool instead. This tool is not working anymore.. very frustrating. The ambjentvweather one works super fine. As well with ambient weather franchise weather stationa, as froggit
