Really confusing. I found it very easy to set up and verify a receiver. Thereafter, I have found it almost impossible to transfer money. I ended up in a loop of trying to put money into a wallet and get it sent. There is no obvious option to simply pay by debit card. Not sure what has been gained by making it so very hard to transfer money.

Very useless new app. I have reinstalled repeatedly but still can't login. Whoever did this upgrade needs a new job.

Since app update, user experience has been terrible. Now, no longer works. I still don't understand how this company got things so badly wrong with this update. Please go back to old app until you fix all the issues. I have decided to move on to other platforms until issues are resolved. Good luck.

Better NOT to have tampered with the former apps at all. This new apps too formalities and difficult to understand! Not even opening .. What exactly is the point of changing it to this new one? After several attempt of installing and uninstalling.. Former apps the best!! See how your prospective customers keeps complaining same experience.. Thumbs up for the old apps. Do something urgently before losing your prospective customers.

I see no reason for changing to this new app , find it difficult to log in , the old app is more effective than this new one ,I keep on changing my password to log in and I can't make any transaction on this new app , please I will advise you to go back to the old app.

DT&t and finally change everything this is no nice at all.this new update is a bad experience.i can no longer send money directly from my bank account this is ridiculous.must I have money in my wallet before I can send I need directly from my account, not DT&T wallet account.try to re-update back to previous.

My 5 🌟 was for the old app and the new app too. Dis new app is better. I have been reset to the new app and it's very easy to send money.
