Read some reviews. Seems like the login issue still exists. abound 10 months after it was mentioned. Not sure if anyone reads or cares about this. Hopefully the gym is more robust than their IT.

had issues setting it up - support was useless, if they had checked the details they would have seen in 10 seconds that my name was put in wrong as was my email when I signed up as a member in gym. then you have to register separately for the app and the main website, despite being the same account, never had anything require that before. so once I was logged in I could book classes until a week ago, suddenly no classes come up despite no filters set and there are classes as website shows!

I took the time to download this, having just signed in OK with my details on the web. It refused to accept the details - repeated error message and to try again later. No, this has already wasted enough of my time and I have removed the app, to clear space on my phone. Will simply use my card to sign in when they reopen. They are not even showing the adjusted expiry, or any details of the contract on the website. Total chaos. They could have done more to get this ready over the past 18 weeks.

i am unable to log in to the app using my existing account. every time i try to log in i get a pop up box saying ' please register your account in the mobile app. if you are a member, the same email and password the same email and password you set on the app will be used for your loginon the website'. not sure what to do at this point?

Abysmal. Perhaps employ somebody who is actually educated in app development? The brilliant "you must be registered on the app to use the app" and then when trying to register "this email is already associated with an account. Log in." Which leads to trying to log in and "you must be registered on the app to use the app" - fantastic error there. I'll redownload once its been on the market for a while as I'm hoping (naïvely) that you have a development team and therefore it will receive updates.

Quick and easy to use on the whole, but frustratingly missing some obviously handy features e.g: list of booked classes; position on waiting list + notification when place becomes available; notification of cancelled class. Messaged app team who claim I can do all of this via: phone calendar, FB group, email, text, pigeon carrier... WHY CAN'T THE APP JUST DO IT ALL??

I have been using this app successfully booking classes for the last 3 weeks.... until today! The class booking feature has disappeared. I have 're installed it 5 times so far and for a brief moment class booking is there.... then vanishes! It's driving me bananas. I can't find any online help contact details and my local DW Fitness don't know what's wrong with it either and keep telling me it should be working!

Now I've been locked out with no way of getting back in (keeps saying my details don't match - all of a sudden after months of using...) as tells me something went wrong when trying to reset password.. Is there a way to get pop up notification (for Android) on jumping from waitlist to a newly empty spot in a class? I missed a couple of classes because I haven't checked my email in time!

No class timetable or booking option appears for me at all, so I emailed the listed address for help... Immediate bounce back saying that email address doesn't exist. For goodness sake!! The challenges, goals, and workout logging is good.
