I have an Android phone. I'm having same issues with Bluetooth not connecting properly. It connects as Audio. Does me no good. The chair doesn't have speakers 🤪

App functions as described and offers more options than the chair remote. Love it.

Will not connect to the chair at all. It just keeps saying bluetooth device not detected. When I go into bluetooth settings, it shows the chair when I search. But it's not connecting in the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times. I just got this chair today and very frustrated at the app not working on such an expensive chair. Most of the features worth the extra effort are only available on the app. I called my local Relax the Back store, they aren't sure what's going on with this app

The upgraded touch and hold restore button is impractical. It shouldn't have been upgraded. It worked better with just a simple one time touch to restore the chair.
