Application has been working fine. But suddenly finger print access stopped working. Once I used my finger print application stuck showing the blue- green ring spinning. And never finishes. The rest is the applications on my phone work fine with the finger print. My phone is a Samsung galaxy s20 android 11

Its too complicated to set it up but when its done it will work only on wifi network, can not operate it on data dont know the reason and also when arming from the app the exit time is by default for all part sets 30s thats wrong in my opinion and the data connection should be fixed

I would give the app more stars if the alarm notifications worked as they did in previous versions of the app. I have set a different sound for alarm, sets, Tamper and System, however it always plays the default sounds of whatever is set as the default for notification of the phone, its means I can’t tell if it’s an email or an alarm going off. I have tried this on a Note 9 and a Huawei P20 pro and it makes no difference. Please fix this as its very annoying to have to look at the phone every time a notification comes in

App issues have been reported to Eaton directly and they seem to think it's the installers problem. Login bug I'm experiencing: Click "Already have account" Enter email address and then close the app. Enter the app again. This completely bypasses the login screen. This is a serious bug and should be fixed by the developer. It's not a difficult one

It worked perfectly on my S8. Then I changed to S10... Initially it wouldn't let me use a quick access code (and therefore fingerprint), until I reinstalled the app and re-paired to alarm. I had emailed support but got no response, so had to learn this myself. Bigger problem... Notifications no longer work unless I log in to the app, I get none despite checking all settings. Still work on my wife's iPhone. I see others are having this problem on changing phone too.

I've just installed this app today - I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+. It was fine to start with, but now when I go into my app now (no internet found), which means no notifications and I can't use this at all. I've uninstalled it and installed it again, but nothing fixed. Not a good start!!! Not impressed - sort this out ASAP!!!

excellent product. would like to see a longer event history though. I am an installer of this product and overall is an easy product to use. the Cloud does appear to drop off on occasions but then 'reconnects by itself. the WiFi dongle tends to have problems randomly dropping offline. But hardwired has no problems. the Hybrid ion range control panel is one of the best I have used. (35 years in security industry). and would recommend this product. technical support is pretty good too.

Would be 5 star apart from one aspect. When trying to part set the system from the app it causes a 30 second countdown at the keypad. This does not matter if the system is setup as silent set or instant set. Works fine when using the keypad to set but from the cloud it causes an annoying countdown which wakes up the house. Changed back to 5 following response from staff. Thank you

1+3T use to work, does not now. Code and finger access no longer work making it difficult to get to log in screen. 'Remembers me' on log in page no longer remembers, which I supose is why the 2 quick access options no longer work. No push notifications on events. VERY POOR alarm little more than a bell only system. Notice common answer is contact your installer. Does that mean Eston will refund the call out charge for fixing their software issues? Andd I've droped my installer for being ****.
