Ebay is dead. Not only is it dead. It has become wish 2.0 Ebay treats all private sellers like trash. After 11 years of selling and 100% feedback. Ebay decide to hold the next 25 sales funds for 21 day. I canceled the order deleted everything I had listed. They seem to forget the high fees in place and that I'm paying to use the site. I'm not paying for their insurance program. Not only will I no longer sell on eBay. But I'm done buying on eBay. Ebay is retooling and trying be Amazon

Used ebay for years now and has usually been good to me, however recently I find them to be biased towards the buyer to the point in which if there's any point in listing on it anymore, they can return anything and give literally any reason "my belt doesn't fit" "the trousers were too small for me" and as long as they choose the "item is damaged" option then it's game over for the seller, leaving them out of pocket for postage fees

As a comic book seller, I have to compete with the prices of other sellers who illegally use media mail because eBay doesn't enforce the rules. The app lacks full functionality & cannot be used entirely as a substitute for the website when you are a seller. For example, labels can only be printed from the website & I can only create a sale or edit rules from the website. Payments were better with PayPal; the "daily" payout setting is a lie.

Loved ebay! Until i bought from some idiot seller, who ripped me off! I lost around 20 some dollars. And asked ebay to step in. For a refund. They told me to wait a few days. And a few days later, still no refund. So i contacted ebay to let 'em know. And now they said, they can't give me a refund. Unless i send it back, and pay for a shipping label! How do i even know if he'll give my money back, or not! If he's scammed me once! Ebay didn't even try to help! They just said, send it back! 😠

The "guarantee by" ship time means nothing on ebay. It all falls onto the shipper, and there is no guarantee they they will do it. Sorry, ebay is a failing model. I have been a member since 2002 and I tried to give them ideas to stay relevant in a time when amazon is exploding, but they don't care about outside ideas.

I have had the eBay app for years now and must say I have never been disappointed. I always get notifications on items I am interested in and unless I notify them on stopping these, they continue to let me know that said items are up for sale. They even offer up suggestions on items that are similar so I don't miss out on any possible interesting purchases. The app is easy to use, (which I appreciate given my busy life), its fun and easy as well to navigate, you can't go wrong. Great app!

Please fix! Purchases only show 10 or so items. The cart isn't loading items and manual click through purchase is required. Purchases aren't being hidden after awhile. I ALSO want to be able to hide refund or canceled items. Searches aren't showing all items and not showing lowest prices even with worldwide selected. Please fix because it is ruining the website (cell version) and the app. Both are TOTALLY BROKEN.

Whilst eBay itself provides a great service, their App still leaves alot to be desired after the two recent versions it still fails to load links ie "item description?" Also now have the last 6 months of purchases displayed, which had previous removed but now I'm apparently stuck with as no option to delete?? eBay Developers been in contact told me "they are working on these issues?" (As told them... Issues weren't there until the latest version of the app?) 👎👎

Very limited app. Can do only a mere fraction on it that you can using the desktop site. For example, if you sell multiple items to a single buyer and issue a refund for combined postage - the app continues to inform you there are items to post, but won't provide a shipping address for them as it considers the purchases refunded! Like to get more detail from me? What more detail do you need I have already told you that if a partial refund is issued by a seller the app removes the address.

Easy to navigate, however the UI is much more suited to buying than selling so it takes a bit longer to find what you're currently selling. However, this isn't a downside per se, because the averge eBay user is primarily buying. Easy to use and easy to buy and sell things through the app. Browsing is made easy by pertinent filters and sorting methods. Always easy to find what you want, you just need to be specific and write relevant words in addition to what you want. Good, but not great.
