Awful service. My uploads from computer constantly freeze and I have to search through files to find the one that frozen to restart it. And often it just log me out in the middle of upload process. Support doesn't answer my letters at all. I bought 2 years of services and I am very disappointed. Spent two month uploading my photo collection and so far did only 30 GB because of all these crashes and errors. I want 100% refund and compensation for wasted time!

Upload speed is glacial and there is an ad that constantly reminds you to upgrade even though i have already purchased 1 TB for a year. How much more storage do you want me to use? You have to improve upload speed first before telling people to upgrade to larger plans.

Reduced my storage space largely with poor explanation. Should add account deletion function into your app so people can do it easily. Comments were replied, so add one more star.

App doesn't work for desktop. App doesn't work for Android. Only web version works. From the day I started using this service a year or more ago, it's plagued with bugs and errors. Does Asus really have qualified personnel working for them? Very poor app performance.
