absolutely terrible experience, i purchased a 2nd ecopayz voucher and a successful deposit with my 1st but after becoming a silver account the option to deposit via ecopayz voucher isnt even an option anymore, the chat option is impossible to access regardless of que position and without rival the worst ive ever encountered as is ther customer service which is just as bad and good luck in even getting a reply from all the help options. truly a dreadful company and avoid at all costs

It's a royal pain. Over 38 GB of storage available on my phone, but it won't update. Tried multiple times to update, but it never ever goes past the "update" button. Why would you release something this unstable? I've tried clearing the PlayStore cache and storage. Still nothing. C'mon guys, you're better than this!! Fix it, please.

I have made a deposit of 801 rupees on May 1st, I had given documents to upgrade also, still the account is not upgraded, but also tried to contact customer support, they are also not responding, very disappointed, really this is fake don't do any transaction fake

They just transfer a low amount and when you go for the second time, they block your transfer and amount giving no reason (internal compliance). They will ask you to show the amount as a transfer from your income even though it is from a gaming site (and their transaction statement clearly shows where the transfer came from). And when you ask them to justify why they transfered the first time, they will have no answer and will go underground. Worse , their app is just a ruse..No Chat rep avlbl
